"I took my 4yo cat in because he was urinating blood and I was concerned for him. They couldn’t get him in for a couple days but thankfully he stopped and has no other symptoms. I don’t fault them for not getting him in right away. But while I was here the vet doctor was short and snippy with me. Immediately blamed the food I was giving him even though he’s been on it since I got him. Then said it was the wet food I was giving him (didn’t even ask the brand) but the wet food I gave him after I noticed the blood because I read wet food could help with hydration. And he did stop so I asked if maybe it was kidney stones? They just said “maybe” and then didn’t do anything else but prescribe an antibiotic for something that may or may not be the issue. Then I asked several times what can I do for my cats anxiety. Just things I can do to help him and they kept ignoring me until I asked AGAIN and was essentially snapped at with a response “we don’t prescribe meds for cats with anxiety” as if they were accusing me of doing drugs. I didn’t ask for medication. I asked how I can help my freaken cat because a pet tincture I got just wasn’t doing it for him. Then they recommended a cat diffuser as if it was so difficult to recommend it the first time I asked. I left the vet feeling like total crap just wanting to do right by my cat and I cried on the way home. I felt like no one cared about my cat. No one listened to my concerns. I switched here because the pricing was good and I hadn’t had any issues before but this visit makes me never want to come back again. I should not have been treated the way I was. It was busy and if they were trying to get people in and out then they shouldn’t have booked the appointments they did. I just wanted five minutes of undivided attention to go over concerns I have and to make sure I’m doing everything right and I couldn’t even get a vet doctor to talk to me without them standing halfway out the door the whole three minutes I was there."

"I needed an emergency visit when my pet had been bitten. They were able to get me in right away... although the staff and doctor weren't very "personable", my pet was well taken care of for an extremely affordable price compared to my own Vet. I'll give them 5 stars for affordability and 2 for personality. I will go back again."

"Communication skills are terrible, both with each other working there and with customers. You can cut the tension in that building with a knife. Prices might be lower than others around but with that comes poor customer service. Staff bickering back and forth, very unprofessional. After being given false information and zero accountability and help to rectify the situation I am taking my pets elsewhere."

"The staff were very friendly and explained everything. Price for a spay was very reasonable (much higher at other vets). We brought our dog up here because the savings was so good. And the scar after the spay was unbelievable- you almost couldn’t tell where the incision was right after we brought her home. This doctor is very skilled. My dog had zero issues. We will definitely keep coming here."

"Can't say enough great things about this place! Amazing staff, care and prices. But you definitely don't sacrifice quality of care for a lower price. I've met 2 of the doctors (not sure if there's more than 2, still pretty new to the practice) and both were thorough, personable and kind. Willow and Jasmine will be patients for life!"
