"Betsie River went corporate a while back and with corporate ownership comes the possibility of diminished service. Every experience I have with this particular individual lacks compassion, and always seems confused as to what Im asking. Sufficient training should be a requirement for someone handling patients at a veterinary office. Common sense people skills such as listening to help others, and just being helpful period, is a huge checkbox being missed with this particular individual. No responsibility is being taking by this individual, and no apology offered to me by the person. Ive only heard excuses for the behavior so far."

"Love our family Vet. As an established patient, they are super accommodating of emergencies even when they're at capacity. Great treatment, my pets don't mind going inside one bit and I often hear feedback on how they take turns holding and loving on my cat, how sweet my dogs are, etc. Twice we have gotten simple, successful treatment for issues other vets wanted to ignore or send downstate for thousands. It is because these Dr's both have decades of hands on experience. From making appts to Curb Side patient pick up, they make it easy. I can't say enough about the care, the Drs, and the staff here at Betsie River Veterinarians Offie. Thanks for all you do!"
