"Fish sandwich, plain plus cheese Received with lettuce and tartar sauce Ordered the meal with large Coke They didn’t give me a beverage Ordered chicken fries They looked like rejected nuggets. I was the only one in the drive thru line :("

"Very rude I waited at least 15 min only to be told that the only options I had was an imposable whopper or a fish sandwich, because they were closing soon for the holiday. It was only 10pm and it clearly states on their web site that they are open until 12am. If she would of at least been apologetic I wouldn't be upset but she was very rude."

"Never again. Son had two original chicken sandwiches, and I had a whopper with cheese. They never put lettuce on our sandwiches, and when I went back, they said they were out of lettuce. They put a sign up, but u were unable to make out what it said. Then, after my son and I were done eating we both felt sick. The next day, I was fine, but my son still did not feel good. I sent him to school and he had to come home because he vomited twice.. So u come and eat here watch what u eat. I will never return here. I would rather go out my way before I come back here again.."

"Had to wait, 10 minutes for my food even tho there were only 2 cars in front of me, okay, no biggie. Then I get up to the window to grab my food and pay, I get my food but they didn't give me ketchup. Try to go inside, the door is closed even tho there's people inside, and as soon as I get out the car to go in the building, the worker locked the door right in front of me after letting customers out and the customers were the ones who told me the inside was closed. I go back through drive thru, wait almost 5 minutes just to get ketchup packets and go eat. 15 minutes, for fast food."

"Went there for food about 9pm on Sunday. Ordered right away- sat in line for almost 20 minutes and still got cold food. This location is usually better than the one on Hoover but whomever was working that night was not on their A game."
