"The customer service isn’t at this place at all. The worst attitudes from every single member. Every employee has smart remark and will gang up on a customer or delivery drivers. The wait time is outrageous due to lack of work ethic. Food isn’t prepared on time or to demand, every time I’ve arrived. Chipotle standards are not met with the team members they are hiring. I can never eat here because I’m treated so poorly. It would be nice if they shut down and then reopen with all new employees and management!"

"I ordered two salads for pickup for the first time at a Chipotle here. At first, the website said this place was unavailable to order but I tried a few minutes later and my order went through. The cashier had my order ready right when I came in. My salad with barbacoa, white rice, beans, fajitas, tomato, corn, and tomatillo salsa was tasty and very spicy. The chicken on the other hand tasted overcooked."

"I have never seen a dirtier restaurant than this. The pictures tell the story. They were 45 mins late preparing my online order, rude, apathetic, and totally disorganized. If there was a manager in the store, she/he must have been sleeping. I complained to Chipotle online, to which I received a quick reply. She said she was looping in the Grosse Pointe leadership. I won't be back until I see big changes. Wish I read the reviews before I ordered."
