Potbelly

"It's an airport food stall, and a decent one at that. I was there midweek December 2023. Service was quick and professional. Staff moved the customer along with purpose in a friendly way. Food itself was Potbelly typical. Al of our soup and sandwiches were made correctly. Small seating area can fill quickly, so some took their food to their gate. Will go again when in Concourse B/C."

"The staff was indifferent at best. The food was worse. Ordered an Apple Walnet Salad. It was missing the cheese, the lettuce was brown and limp, the chicken was near its expiration date. Find a different option."

"I am being nice giving this a 3 star, but I don’t believe in giving a 1 or 2 star unless absolutely necessary. I won’t say this was the worst experience, but it wasn’t the best. The staff was unpleasant and borderline rude. The sandwich was was decent looking but I had to pick the lettuce off because it was brown. Definitely would have taken it back if we didn’t have to catch a flight."

"Be prepared to pay crazy airport prices, like $2 extra for ranch on your sandwich, but at least the food is good. I got my food fast, The dining area was nice. The soup came out extremely hot, not sure if they should check the temp first for safety. I had the broccoli cheddar soup which was ok, but way too hot."

"I think this was my first time having a Potbelly sandwich and it was a great experience. They were out of their signature “wreck” sandwich so I tried their Italian on wheat. I like how they toast the sandwich first then add whatever you want on it. Not unlike other such places like Subway. Staff were friendly and though there isn’t much seating, there was plenty for the amount of people while I was there. Seems to be a favourite for the air crews too."
