"Food is good but the service was terrible..I should of got her name but I couldnt believe how she was behaving so I was absolutely stunned..she accused me of being wrong when I know what I ordered..and then didn't like it when I proved her wrong...Never going back here again..Wondering if they serve food again that was returned...she said she had to take my sandwich in the back. We love the lapeer location"

"Culver's is always busy but they keep the line moving at a steady clip. After you pay they put a numbered sticker on your side mirror and you pull up and park. When your order is ready they bring it out to your car. The line moves fast, your food is made to order fresh not sitting under a heat lamp, they always bring it to you faster than expected, and the service is friendly. Did I mention Culver's is delicious? One last thing, they've never messed up my order, it's always accurate added bonus since you're parked and not holding up the drive thru line you have plenty of time to check your order."

"Got the cod sandwich and cheeseburger. The food is always very good here, BUT, Please remove and replace the cup lid dispenser with a more customer friendly type. You cannot even get a lid out without crushing it. I had to actually take the dispenser cover off in order to get an undamaged lid to use. After sitting at a table, I actually saw a few other customers get pretty frustrated with the dispenser the same as I did."

"The food is great! Prepared to order, so it's always fresh. I believe they changed their crinkled cut fries to regular shoestring style. Staff is friendly and willing to provide recommendations. When dining in, they bring your food to the table. A very nice touch for fast food. Restaurant's dining area was clean and spacious."
