"We drove past another BK to come to this one, because of the reviews of friendly service and quality food. We weren't disappointed! Even though we had issues with our gift card, the woman behind the register was patient, and helpful. Food was good, hashrounds and coffee were hot, sandwiches were well put together. Only lost a star because the doctor Pepper button was broken on the self-serve soda machine and my sandwich was luke-warm (still tasty, just not hot)."

"The attitude when I tried to explain to them that the order I've received after ordering from uber eats wasn't what I ordered was absolutely disgusting. It was my first time ordering on Uber eats and they gave the driver the wrong meal. The service was absolutely disgusting."

"I don’t burger eat king often, none the less i’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve been her twice since burger king has closed most of its detroit stores. Both times my food was hot and the cashier was pleasant. My only complaint is I asked for my burger fresh of the broiler. It was not fresh if the boiler. it seemed freshly made but not if the broiler it’s an insult to think people don’t know the difference."

"Pulled up at 4:27pm. Waited 7mins in the drivethru for the lady in front of me to get her order taken. She kept blowing the horn at them. I was told to look over the menu when it was finally my turn & i said im ready to order. Lol. I ordered a texas dbl whopper meal an still had to wait. They are slow on this hot day... && the lady ahead of me looks like she just had 2 frozen beverages. I waited overall about 20mins for my fries to not even be fresh. && there were some hard/brown ones that were over fried. I've seen better service from here b4. The whopper is always good."
