"This location is awful. Terrible dried out burgers that taste like they're sitting for hours at a time, waiting to be sold. For how expensive fast food is getting they should be cooked to order like Culver's."

"Ever since the new Franchise Owner took this store over the attitude and service is terrible. I did the survey from my last receipt took the time received my code for a free sandwich and was going to cash it in. My original order was $14.95 after the free sandwich which was around $5.00 my bill should have been about $9.95 instead it was $13.53. This place was going to rip me off for $4.00, I just decided to go somewhere else for lunch, so I went to Wendy’s and will continue to go where the customer is treated like a real person and not taken advantage of. By the way, the Manager of this operation is very rude and upper management should check on this situation."

"No confusion, no lost orders, no questions about customizations. The staff mostly follows ordinary McDonald’s rules. What a refreshing experience vs. a McDonalds in the City. My jaw dropped over the simplest thing today. Being treated like a Human."
