"This location has gone waaaaaay downhill. Food was almost inedible. Burger was pulled from the Chili drawer no doubt as it was incredibly dry and flavorless. Baked potato was rock hard. I know customer service had gone to complete dog waste with this new generation but businesses should really take an interest in how their establishments are running."
"Worst service and food I ever had. I thought Wendy's was all about making it fresh when you order. I went inside waited about 5 minutes to place my order and was the only one inside. Then waited another 15-20 minutes for my food. Burgers were cold, fries were cold. Mind you I hear the fryer times going off so why are my fries cold. I will never go back to this Wendy's. They never even said have a good night or anything. Plus the inside was dirty."
"$23 for some bullcrap. Ordered 2 Dave single combos. Got home and find out my large fries are barely filled and that my Dave singles have 2 Jr patties. Was never told before purchasing that they were out of the normal patties and never was i asked that if I was ok with Jr patties. Called the store twice and both times didn't get an answer but got hung up on. For someone who works in the Industry myself I understand alot but to not inform and just assume just to take someone's money and then to not answer the phone and hang up not once but twice shows that the employees and mangers at this location have very little care about the customer. I advise to please seek food else where and save yourself the headache."
"Spicy Chicken Nuggets are a reason why I will continue to go to Wendy's. I have always liked them, and I do not think that will ever change! For the most part, sauce is not necessary. Even when I order majority of the menu at this Wendy's, the speed of service here is pretty decent. There have been times where I have had to wait on fresh nuggets or fries, but I am completely okay with waiting a few extra minutes for that. I wish the Jr. Cheeseburger had a bit more of a kick to them. Yes, they are smaller than the classics, but I tend to put fries on the sandwich. It is perfect for that purpose."
