White Castle

"Team members smoking cigarettes with the door propped open. Cashier didn’t wanna be there she was leaning and dragging her feet the entire time I ordered. She can’t hear kept saying “huh” I had to repeat myself several times. Food took 10 minutes get to me."

"You will wait forever in the drive thru. Your food will not be warm. There will somehow be seventy six employees inside but nothing is evidently getting done. You can drive to Ferndale and get white castle and drive it back to Detroit and still have warmer food. White Castle is always terrible but this one really takes the cake."

"Had an uber eats order that I had to pick up for a customer. The customer ordered 4 large drinks & the white castle employee put all 4 large drinks in one drink carrier & didn't even bother to double up on the drink carrier so two drinks out of 4 ended up spilling all over my lap & the floor of my car. Unacceptable!!! Should know better than to hand out 4 large drinks without doubling the drink carriers. I won't accept another order from here until they get their ish together"

"It's not 5 stars because the food is great, but it's exactly what they advertised. I've never had White Castle before and it was interesting to try a few things. I would try different things the next time I return, but I liked how quickly they prepared my order and how organized everything was. The prices are quite good too. Good place for a quick stop. Not many options are 24 hrs in Detroit."
