"Pet owners Beware. I'm here leaving a review because they have them turn off on Facebook. This place terminated me as a client. First time bringing my dog there was May 2023. Because I follow certain vaccination protocols from my breeder and weimaraner club of America. Since I have, my dogs bearly go to the vets. They're healthy compared to my first two dogs. I remember having to bring my dogs back for complications after vaccinations. The last 9 years of following protocols I have healthy dogs. I have Always been polite and respectful. But It's all about the money with these people. They don't explain anything to you. The simplist visit is at least an hour wait. Last time I was there they took my dogs temp and couldn't answer me when I asked what normal temperature for a dog was. Brought my dog in for a tooth extraction (still haven't seen the xrays.) face still swollen. Brought him in at 8am they finally got to him at 430pm then made him stay there all night. He should've been home by 430 at the latest. Next day went to get him and his nose and lips were raw and bleeding from being locked up with no food for 24 hours. He's terrified of that place even more now. That's just one dog. The other dog I recently got came to me with hook worms. That was nothing but an expensive miscommunication, because they don't explain anything to pet owners. The owner/vet is not experienced. TITER test your pets!! Save money and have healthier pets. Make sure to purchase your monthly meds online!! Northland and Deepwoods vets are way more educated. Pic of termination letter is attached. Their Letter shows they only care about the money. Good thing they're not the only vets in the area. As a community we need more veterinary care."
