"I used the drive thru for breakfast. Not only was the order completely wrong, everything was cold and the lady at the window had the worst attitude early in the morning. To be fair, I am going to make sure I am commenting in the correct location. My review is for the Grosse Pointe Location on Mack Ave."

"The people inside the store were not letting the cars stand infront of the pick up window at the drive thru. The made one car stand ahead of it and one at the back. Took forever to make the order. No management. When they talked to me there were sounds of laughing. Then the girl told me that I should be glad I got my order and that some people never get it."

"If I could give negative stars I would. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely filthy, with the floor being sticky and greasy. They don't take orders inside, so we hopped in line in the drive through. We waited in the drive through (the only car in line) for at least 20 minutes before finally completing our order, being interrupted twice while placing the order. Our order was correctly rung up when we placed it, but when we (finally) got to the window to pay and get our food, we had an awful time there. 1. The employees completely ignored the coupons we handed them 2. The frosties that we ordered were basically milk 3. We ordered a vanilla cherry coke (from their awesome soda machines) but the employees obviously didn't know how to run them and we just got 4. We only got 2 of the 3 drinks we ordered. They initially only gave us one, and when we asked for the second and third they gave us the lemonade but refused to give us the drink we ordered with our kids meal, claiming that kids meals don't come with a drink. 5. The fries were all cold when we got them We would have been better off just getting food at the gas station across the street. I will never visit this Wendy's again, and hope those reading this review will follow my warnings and find a better place to eat."

"Went in at 6pm on a Friday night, door was open. Just wanted to order a sandwich and when I begin to order the girl in the front is sitting down. Swipes her card to clock in to take my order. Then tells me they aren't taking any orders on the inside. It's 6pm on a Friday and they weren't taking any inside orders? And there were plenty of employees at the site. They were just laughing and had no care to help a paying customer. Go but expect horrible attitudes and just no care in what they do."

"I’ll tell you what this is the nastiest Wendy’s I have ever been to it looks like I took the fries dumped them in the oil and just pulled them right out. The woman was very rude asked me what I wanted to order and then just turned away and walked away from me and left me standing there. There’s paint on the counter, and I mean paint in a paint Container with a roller. The place was dirty, nasty greasy. We deserve way better than this!!"
