"Slow! Me and my son ordered inside and watched at least 20 online orders be filled and handed out before ours was even started on. We were told it would be a 20 min wait, but it ended up being a total of 40 minutes for an order of 8 bone-in wings and fries. No updates, just let us sit there until I asked and I saw the employee whisper something to one of the cooks and move some tickets around. I understand accidents happen, but we were the only people eating in and he made eye contact several times… a little more awareness would have been nice. Definitely not coming back :/"

"I placed an online order for delivery and the first incident occurred a few days prior when the fries were not done and lacked seasoning. Additionally, I was given the wrong type of chicken. Originally, I let it go because normally the food is pretty good and my previous encounters with the staff was good. The next time I ordered was worse. I received chicken nuggets (that is what they looked like) instead of wings, no dressing in-spite of paying for an extra one and fries that were not done. I was told by the manager working that day to call when I make the next order and he was ensure it was correct. He was pleasant so I decided to give it another try over the weekend, I placed an order and as directed called to ensure that it was correct. This time an individual answered who lacks the leadership ability to supervise anyone but he claimed he was the general manager. He was rude, condescending and arrogant from the moment he answered the food. When, I politely asked him to check the bag he informed me that I "didn't have to tell" him how to "do his job." When I mentioned the previous experience he said the best he could do is tell the cooks to be careful. He said that his name was Daniel and proudly announced his title as the general manager. If that is the case then the restaurant is doomed because your general manager lacks the basic skills necessary to provide the basic service or mediocre food. With the realization that Daniel's, disposition, tone and character would likely reflect the recent quality of food I decided to cancel the order. When I politely asked him about canceling the food he became even more unhinged making snide and unnecessary remarks before immaturely hanging up the food. His conduct is deplorable."

"Ew. Is the mild sauce supposed to look like this? Oil separated from the red stuff chunky stuff? First time there. Not sure we’ll be back. They do have the “good ranch” though so that’s why I didn’t give less stars."

"The wings were good, but there was entirely way too much grease at the bottom of the container. It pretty much took the sauce off the mild wings right off. They were fried good but should’ve been drained properly."
