"Waited in line Feb 3 2024 from 7:20pm to 8:10pm and line was a bit long but we thought it's because it's a saturday. That's not the case. the cashier kept on making mistakes so we just gave up on correcting him. He was not aware that combos came with drinks. He saw the receipt, then he got the drinks wrong. We asked for 3 drinks in the receipt, we got two.. One combo came with a taco, it wasn't so. The taco wasnt there. We were still at the window, and it took him a little while for him to notice that we are there. We only had two drinks but too many cars were waiting. We tried to signal to him we ordered three drinks but he didnt notice. We gave up."
"Food can be a little hit or miss, depending on who's working the lunch rush that day. But they're always slammed and I've never had an order messed up, so that's good enough for me."
"Honestly taco bell has become an almost non-starter for me any more. Cost has become ridiculous.. and quality of food/how it's prepared has continuously degraded. It's sucks to cuz I used to love me some t bell."
"The people who took our order were very nice but I don’t know how to eat this nacho with so many broken, “bottom of the bag” chips. My husband’s chalupa had virtually no meat in it, and most of the sour cream was in the bag. I won’t be going back."
