"What happened to our beloved breakfast restaurant!?!? I don't want to do this, but things need to change here. Either the cook needs to be fired, or whoever thought cranking the grill up so high. Food came out extremely fast, but that doesn't matter when it's cooked so bad. Eggs should not be dried out and dark brown. Hash browns should not be uncooked in the middle. And it wasn't just us. Every table I looked at had the same low quality. Is this being done because the restaurant wants to get people in and out ASAP to increase profits? It sure appears so... And don't get us started on that included gratuity. Why are we forced into a tip when no tip was even deserved? I will give this place one more shot at some point and if it hasn't changed we unfortunately will not be back. Can't pay $40 for two people to eat that garbage. This wasn't a fluke either, it's been gradually going down hill."
"I went to the Rochester location. There was a 30 minute wait for a table but understandable due to them being packed and it's not a big establishment. Food came out very fast after ordering. I ordered the U.G.3 Sampler and Denver Hash. The pancake sampler was bigger than I thought they would be (which was a plus) Breakfast was good. I Will definitely come again"
"Amazing food & great service! Everyone is super friendly and the atmosphere is just great. Generous portions of food & a great variety to choose from the menu. The kids absolutely love the pancakes!"
"I was here for a pre-birthday. I was surprised with a mixed berry French toast. It was filled with banana cream cheese filling. I also has eggs, hashbrown and sausage with pancakes. It all tasted so good. I also has a spiked mocha I don't remember the name but it was delicious."
"I visited with a party of two on a Saturday around noon. The restaurant was crazy busy but we only had to wait 10 minutes for a table. The staff was friendly and the food came out really quickly. I had the breakfast nachos. They were easily enough for two people to share. The atmosphere gets 4 stars because it's super loud and a bit cramped. Also, the prices are quite steep, but considering the area it makes sense. All in all a nice brunch spot. Outside was plenty of parking, and it's located in an outdoor mall."
