"Tried to place an order online but it wouldn’t go through for whatever reason but my card was still charged so I called to see if they had my order and apparently they didn’t. I’m trying to figure out why my card was charged if they didn’t have the order, so the guy tells me I would be getting a refund, ok cool. I went ahead and placed the order again over the phone and picked it up but when I got my food the receipt had my full name and phone number on it meaning they in fact did receive my online order because how else would they know my full name and phone number? I’m just trying to figure why they lied about having my order and tried to take my money."

"If I could give 0 stars I would my food was not fresh at all hair was in my pizza which wasn’t fresh I told the manager I wanted a refund because my child should not have to eat hair mind you my money is down the drain DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE"

"Horrible customer service and even worse food. We ordered online delivery we had to wait two hours our food was cold and when we called to ask for either a remake or a refund we were told to call corporate... the young lady we were on the phone with was very rude and when we asked if she was the manager and what was her name she hung the phone up..."

"If I could put his zero, I would it was disgusting not even able to eat . They drowned my pizza in butter. I asked for a pepperoni and cheese pizza and got an extra mushroom that I’m allergic to. Sat there. Explain my order for 20 minutes told him I didn’t want my sauce on the fries, I want it on the side still got it on them so they soggy they don’t use gloves, watch the boy make the pizza with no gloves . Unacceptable."
