It was so hard and dried out and reheated. If I was close I would have taken it back. Customer service and mgmt was very nice tho. And there prices are ridiculous for sub par food."
"Worst service ever!!! Was told my wings would take a few minutes cause they drop them in as they're ordered which sounds ridiculous! It took 25 minutes. During the wait I was asked multiple times (by the cashier who took my order) if I ordered an 8 piece or f I ordered a famous bowl. I answered each time "I ordered 2 8 piece spicy wings". She also asked other customers. How clueless can one be! I will never return there again. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!!"
