"I had a complaint a few days ago and Nick the manager made things right there was a mistake with my order and he fixed it. He was very polite and respectful and took care of the situation in a respectful manner. Thank you so much Nick."

"Came in not too long ago today and I got a bacon cheeseburger and fries with a shake. No bacon on my burger at all and I asked for Mayo not tomatoes. Just a Little disappointed how do you miss the bacon on a bacon burger?"

"I like to call and place my order so I can just pick it up when I get there. When I came to pick it up this time, they did not seem too busy, but I saw people waiting. No big deal if they happen to be behind on orders. After it started to slow down to only a handful left, it had been about 20 minutes since I had walked inside and paid. I thought they were still getting to my order but i was wrong. Apparently they either forgot or didn't communicate I was there after I arrived and paid. When I asked how much longer, I found out my food had been sitting since I walked in. They apologized and offered a drink which I appreciate, but I really didn't want it. What I really should have asked for was my money back. I ended up with a lukewarm burger and wasted time. If you are going to end up paying this much and waiting this long to have your food sit anyways, just go to a higher end burger place. You will have a better overall experience."

"I used to really enjoy Five Guys. However my last experience, and this is my experience, was terrible. I ordered three burgers and a regular fry for take out. What I ended up with was a mixed bag of all the separate orders none of which were correct. I ordered a burger with an extra patty which I did not receive. The regular fry was not the classic fry that Five Guys are know for. The cup was half full with hardly even enough fries for a small. The quality of this location has dropped drastically."

"I've been ordering from here for many years, periodically, and the burgers are always delicious & correct. Their milkshakes are a good choice, (wouldn't recommend the bacon in the shake though). I prefer the Cajun Fries over the regular fries, although sometimes they are too salty, instead of spicy. Toppings are free/simply paying for the burger, which in my opinion is a great value, as I normally order "All the way" meaning mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup, and mustard. The pictures are from November '22, where I had a huge order and was completely correct and delicious. The presentation of the burgers at Five Guys ARE NOT the priority, but the quality/flavor of the burger IS. I've ordered both online on their website and in-person and have had no issues for many years."
