"if the old guy is working honestly just don’t - he consistently makes orders wrong even after repeating my order back to me & will tell me it wont take 15-20min to remake it if I don’t want it. if the women is working 10/10 she is great and I would HIGHLY recommend!! I have never had an issue with her but I will never order again if it’s the older guy."

"Long time customer of this particular Papa Romano’s. I purposely choose to drive 25 minutes out of my direction to choose this location and today I am shocked at the service received. I always receive fantastic service but tonight was different. We ordered in 2 Large Square pizzas, 2 breads, and an order of wings. When ordering, the lady on the phone who took the order even stated to us “I don’t even know how to use this computer…” and so forth. Upon picking up the food and driving another 25 minutes home, I sit down to realize the pizzas are Round. I called to ask if there was anything they could do and they offered $5 off stating the owner took the order and confirmed that they were supposed to be round pizzas. How can she confirm an order that she mistakenly put in and now, we as, customers are at fault? We never order round pizzas because we specifically love deep dish from all pizza places. I was just baffled at the managers response to fixing the problem stating “well, she’s the owner and she always repeats orders so there’s not really much left to do” as if she never makes a mistake. Regardless of the situation, we always loved this location and it was our go-to place but the action taken regarding customer service was poor and I am very disappointed at the interest in making sure their customers feel valued. I mean this is just pizza we’re talking about to go this far with it. My receipt was revised at the top so clearly it was edited."

"We door dashed Papa Romanos yesterday, and I have to say, it was EXACTLY what I had remembered from 20+ years ago! They have not cut any corners or changed any recipes. The sauce is exactly as I remember it, and the CRUST! We ordered a build your own large deep dish since last week was National Detroit Style Pizza Day. We will definitely be ordered again, and SOON!"

"My husband and I have been searching desperately for a pizza in the Detroit area that was inline with the pizza from back in LA. I found many with okay and a few with great...THIS PLACE IS AWESOME PIZZA, AND CHICKEN WINGZ! THE LADY who helped us was kind, engaged and very helpful. They deliver. Thank you for the hard work! "Every time I have ordered from Papa Romano's, my wife and I have loved the food. We have had it delivered and pizza and extras have been hot or cold in their respective orders. The Detroit style is heavenly, just like the regular round style. The cheese bread and Bambino bread are always a great side when ordering! The salads are also a very good size and the salads that include meat always come with a very generous portion of said meat. You can't go wrong if you order from this gem in Allen Park!"
