"Popeyes takes a lot of criticism for bad service but the young lady who was handling the drive-thru was really super nice and courteous. she was getting the line down. if they didn't have an item she let me know nicely and took care of me and I really respected that. also, all my food was freshly prepared! I didn't get her name but she was there on this Saturday night handling her business."

"Never understood why people get Customer Service Positions if they don’t like their job! Lady at Front Counter has a very unpleasant Demeanor. Attitude isn’t welcoming Non-whatsoever! I came in around 12:26 to grab Lunch and she took my order so nonchalantly ,and aggressive with a slight attitude as if she was mad she was at work and taking it out on me. Also they didn’t have any Original Legs and Wings, only SPICY.. and I wanted Original. I had to settle with Spicy Wings because I’m not a Fan of Thighs and Breast. Food was ok taste wise. I love the Red Beans and Rice."

"For this place taking as long as it did I expected fresh food. I placed my order early and still waited 20 minutes. The nuggets for my kids meals were the only thing fresh however, it tasted like dirty oil. Barely edible. They didn't give me my biscuits nor any of the sauces they charged me for. The lady was really nice who took my order though. However it was definitely not up to par."

"Well I ordered the 6 pc ghost pepper wings. They were just not appealing and they were tasteless and nasty. The mango lemonade was good at first and left a nasty aftertaste. The employee at the window also was a bit rude and unfriendly. I got around the corner and realized they missed an item and had to come back around and get it. She wasn’t so happy when I got back. My sister said her mash potatoes were good though. My Mac and cheese was just gush and glob. Zero stars. And no Biscuits were in my bag"
