"Head girl manager is very professional and leads a very good staff. Food is usually very good as well. Servers are attentive and very polite. One downfall is they charge $3 for soda water - pretty cheap by the owner if you ask me."

"Went today and it was awful. Rude waitress, cold and undercooked food. Ranch dressing was curdled! Absolutely disgusting! Waitress tried to tell me she was busy but I saw her go in the back for a break! Luckily a lovely waiter who was not in our section helped us get our bill. Pancakes were the only good item. Stay away!!!"

"I’ve come in here regularly to dine in, occasionally take out and I’ve never had a problem with my order, until yesterday around 9:40pm close to 10pm Friday night. I’ve easily spent $600 in a month here if not more. I always tip so well when I dine in. And the audacity of who ever the cook was who cooked my order is the reason why, I question why would I ever spend my money here again. 1.) I called to respectfully complain the Hispanic waitress answered the phone and place me on hold for 6mins, purposely not returning to the phone or asking if anything was wrong the after the 4th time I called, I had to tell her I needed to speak to a manager. I order coneys often and since they do not deep fry them I ask if they could grill them a lil well, out of all the times I’ve ordered I’ve never had a issue, the order has always been decent. I wouldn’t serve this to my dog but the cook thought it was ok for a Regular paying customer to pay for this, was it a joke? Was the take out waiter not happy with what I tipped her, and she authorized them to just ruin the food? Did the cook do it because I was black, and thought it would be funny? What ever reason you placed this on a bun knowing it was good to serve and still charged me for it"

"Every once in a while, you just want something nice and simple to eat, but don't feel like cooking yourself? Leo's Coney Island is the just the place to do that. Their menu is extensive so there's bound to be someone to please just about everyone, that and at least at this location (Rochester Hills, MI) they also have a "specials" menu on top of the standard menu. Oh, and did I mention the pie/cake menu? The Oreo pie is worth a try! All their servers are great, but how often do you see someone go through the effort of decorating a receipt and a to-go cup? Hanna is an up-beat and friendly waitress, and she goes the extra mile here. Again, everyone is great at the Rochester Hills Leo's, and the food's pretty good, too."

"The quality is going downhill recently. It’s unfortunate that I have to leave this review as I usually frequent this location. This location has a tendency to forget items regularly, however I let it go since I’m understanding that people make mistakes. That issue isn’t the cause for this review. Tonight I placed a carry out order. When I got home I noticed the rice pudding container wasn’t sealed completely and leaking. I ignored that and began to eat it. To my unpleasant surprise I found a hair in the pudding. Disgusting!! I will not be ordering from here again, which is sad because I really used to enjoy their food."
