"Very Poor Service- Beware of this location Absolutely horrified by my experience at this store. The service is horrible, despite being sufficiently staffed. We stopped in the drive thru for spicy nuggets, and were given regular. Upon discovery, we politely called the restaurant and were met with a manager/supervisor who provided no apologies and only excuses. We returned to the restaurant with the receipt and incorrect order. The crew member at the front ( 1/7 at 8pm) did not greet me and yelled to the back that “that lady” who called was here. It took over 10 minutes for someone to come up, he remade the order for us. I thanked him, and the girl in the front. Not sure what about my thank you was funny but the girl up front laughed and walked away. The food is only as good as the service in a restaurant, I will not be patronizing this location any more. It speaks for what the Wendys brand is."

"Lady Cashier was nice. Every time I come here they have me pull up and wait. The worker took a smoke break and stood next to my car window and blew his smoke in my car. They asked if I wanted onion in my chili and this is what I got."

"Stopping on the way to work, I ordered for the first time in a very long while the Pretzel Bacon Club Cheeseburger meal. It turned out as one of the best sandwiches that I've had from any establishment in years. Checkers is comparable but not the same. I prefer this hamburger over the other fast food hamburger offerings out there. Barring the "construction malfunction" on Telegraph Rd at this time, the close proximity to I94 makes this a very convenient location. The food overall was very good. I would easily recommend this Wendy's."

"I guess I must have visited on an off day, I was standing by the counter for 7 minutes before someone took my order. The delay was odd because no one was in front of me and the restaurant was not crowded. That was just the beginning of my not-so-great experience there. I am willing to give it another try since I have had great experiences at other Wendy's locations. Hopefully a better experience next time."
