"The online menu is completely different from the one in the store. They didn't have all the favor of shakes. The front counter guy was nice and accommodating. The food was fresh and good."

"First time going today, I have been wanting to try for a while. Took forever to get our food like literally 30 mins. People who came in after us got their food first (a family of 5), we had 3 people. Chicken had no seasoning, fries had no salt. Definitely not impressed, especially for the price. $56 for 3 people. Then I paid cash and was charged a 3% service charge? For what? It was freezing in the restaurant. The guy on the other side of the restaurant complained so the cook came and turned on a heater that was hanging from the ceiling but did not turn the one on by us. It's definitely not a friendly place. Not one person smiled or greeted anyone. Just makes it very awkward."

"The chicken sandwich war is over. If you love Popeyes, if you love Burger King, if you love McDonald's, if you love Sonic, heck if even the champ Chick-fil-A is your favorite then you should be filling your car full of gas to make the trip to Holy Cluck. I don't live in this area but you better believe I'll be back. Parking was fine and we didn't have a problem finding a seat. The staff was nice and the food came out quickly. The restaurant was clean, brightly lit and had a great design. I ordered the Mac Cluckin with the Nashville hot chicken patty. It was perfect. The Mac and cheese was a smokey cheesy surprise. The slaw had an earthy but fresh taste. The chicken was perfection. I live near Nashville and they captured the Nashville hot seasoning perfectly. Also they were geniuses with choosing that buttery brioche bun. Everything together was superb. Everytime I visit Michigan you better believe I'm coming back here. Pricing was also good."

"This is what you think of a typical order at the counter. Get your food. Get your own drink. And your own refills. Sit down. Wait. Get your food. Eat and leave. However. What we got was even better. Come inside. Menu is simple. Easy to understand. Couple of different chicken options. As a sandwich. As a wrap. As a topping. As a shake. I See the “Mac Cluckin”. A fried chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese. Ranch. And coleslaw. Ask the cashier if I can have it as a Nashville Hot. It’s not shown as an option but they jump at the request and make it happen. A non issue. No “Hem and Hawin”. They just got the request and made it happen. Done. Also get some waffle fries and a couple of sauces. Place is clean. Didn’t use the restroom so I can’t speak to that. Service so far is great. No issues. Sit down and wait. The party of 8.5 I’m with have all individually ordered. ((The .5 is my new nephew I’m meeting for the first time. His name is Crosby and he’s awesome)) Food is getting out within about ten minutes per time of order. Back of my mind says I’m about to get some precooked chicken patty dipped in sauce and reheated to a dry bite. Just for some background information. I’m 41. Yet. This is the juiciest chicken sandwich I have EVER had in my life. And I’m from and currently living in Kentucky. Pretty much famous for Fried Chicken. Also. Chicken is not only juicy but she be thicc. Nashville seasoning is that perfect mixture of hot spicy brown sugar style. Crisp out side. And. While I had originally didn’t see the sandwich had slaw on it, it added a creamy crisp to the sandwich. And the Mac and cheese just elevated it more. The waffle fries were fresh and crunchy and well seasoned. The ranch was not some lame hidden valley. Felt fresher. And their Carolina sauce was a mix between honey mustard with a vinegar tang. I’m assuming to be a version of the Carolina Bbq sauce. Which it was. However, I had originally ordered it because I was thinking it was a Carolina reaper dipping sauce. Only gripe I had. Add some descriptions to the sauces you provide for dipping that you charge extra for. I have no idea what holy sauce or bushki sauce was. But between the Carolina and ranch? It was hard to decide which one I was going to dip a fry into next. Now. For the cherry ontop. What made the service even better was as we were finishing up and about to leave a woman from their team walked over and asked us how it was and if we needed anything else. And while this may seem like something that should just be expected. It was very much appreciated. Because most places like this move on once you get your food. I would absolutely eat here again. Prices are mid to high. But I’m also cheap."

"Although this place is known for its fried chicken sandwiches and milkshakes, they new chicken wraps on the menu should not be overlooked. We tried the Caesar chicken wrap and it was quite delicious! Moreover, their outdoor seating is perfect for the warm weather."
