"I come to this Panera Bread Cafe once or twice a week and have a great experience more often than not. I do not often write reviews. A young girl named Heba often helps me order my breakfast on Saturdays and she is a ray of sunshine. She is always happy to accommodate me and my mother and we are always elated to see her working. She is a breath of fresh air, as I have dealt with some very rude workers in the past. She is either genuinely excited for me to order my breakfast sandwich, or an amazing actress. Regardless, she creates a warm environment and a pleasant experience every single time. Although this cafe may not always be the most accurate, they will always be sure to help solve the issue. I highly recommend."
"I had a soup and a cup of coffee. The soup was great, the coffee was ok. Service was very slow, the place was too crowded for some people using the place as a library. Taking a lot of seats and tables from customers who want to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. Two employees are waiting on a long line of agitated customers."
"The food was bad. Baguette was soaked. No mozzarella on it. Could not eat it. Also, the pizza was just the dough with watery tomato sauce."
"Food was delicious. But am a little offended about the tip line on the receipt. Are you kidding I have to pick up my own meal bring it to my table then after eating I have to clean off my own dishes stack them up and get my own drinks. What am I tipping them for I should be getting the dam tip I'm doing all the work myself. Ridiculous"
"My husband and I went in for lunch. We both order what else a sandwich. First off the service took forever, then the food came out. Sandwich barely had anything on them and what they did was over dressed. Then came the bill it is grossly over priced. There is not much of a choice the soup was lukewarm. We definitely will not be going back to a Panera restaurant. For the price we could have went out for a nice dinner!"
