"So pretty disappointed, we ordered subs on the way home, and were so excited to have it for dinner, the staff was nice when I went in to pickup. We get home and this is what my dad's looks like, the bread is so dried and hard this is suppose to be steak and cheese with mushroom and onion, which we couldn't even find. Then when we go back up, all they can do is say "it's been a hectic, busy day" and give a refund. I understand it probably has been busy with the game, but with the prices as they are, I would expect better care in food prep."
