"Staff is always very friendly and seems to be working hard because there is never a long wait. The inside of the store is clean and the pizza is always hot. I really like the garlic cream cheese dipping sauce, my boyfriend puts the zap packs on his pizza."
"OK so I ordered online for the pizza portal right? Just a classic pepperoni and two orders of crazy bread. WELL….I show up to get my order and it’s not ready, alright that’s fine. I get it. Two people working. No big deal. Half hour later I still don’t have my food yet people that have walked in after me have gotten their food and left. Pretty sure I placed my order before everyone in that lobby and was the last one to leave. For what was essentially a hot n ready and two orders of bread which were already made in their warmers when I walked in. Not to mention the screaming match the two employees got into when I was there and the guy that came in to help had to profusely apologize to all of us for. It needs to be looked into. OH and my bread was cold when I got my order finally but my pizza was fresh and I was fed up so didn’t even bother saying anything. Last time I’ll go to that location."
"Okay, this is the 3rd consecutive times I've ordered delivery through the Little Caesars app and they have forgot the Pepsi I ordered with my pizza. I am done. 3 strikes and your out. Oh and CAN YOU PLEASE TEACH THE EMPLOYEES HOW TO CUT A PIZZA?"
"Food is standard LC, but the service (and thus atmosphere) is abhorrent. The current manager is flat out nasty/mean. She has been awful to me every time I go in, particularly when I try to pick up the sauce that goes with my order. Today, we deliberately ordered a dipping cup with our order, and she tried to explain to us that we were wrong ("marinara comes with it, you get marinara"). She was so insistent on not giving us the sauce we ordered, despite paying for it. When I challenged her and offered to show my receipt as proof of purchase, she slammed one down on the counter, furiously. You can absolutely feel the tension and awkwardness when you walk in, and it's very likely due to the current management, which is disappointing because this LC used to be pretty chill and awesome."
