Little Caesars Pizza

"This is the worst little ceasers around. They only are open when the workers decide they want to work. The last 2 times being here I pulled up to drive through to find on the 1st stop there a handwritten note stating door dash orders only. Than the 2nd time which was today I find a note stating sorry only door dash orders and mobile orders sorry for the inconvenience. So I decide to do a mobile order as I was sitting next to the window. I also had my dog with me and he was looking into the drive thru window. Well as I'm putting my order in through the app 2 workers open the windowudder just to talk to my dog and did not offer to help me or anything. Whatever I continued putting my order through on the app I submitted it with payment at 8:06pm and seen on the app that it would be ready by 8:29pm to 8:35pm. At 8:30pm I got back to the drive through window to pick up my order and there is no one in sight. I look at the app track my order anD it shows that it's still in the very first step that no one has even bothered to start it yet. Mind you as I'm honking at the window trying to get there attention I see someone peek out from the back and Realize that there was a car at the window and hurried up And hid so I didn't see them. So I called every number. I could find one answered and told me. There's nothing they could do about it. Besides, put me through to the store which nobody was answering. That phone customer service number They were closed corporate, they were closed. So I sat there honking. If I didn't already pay I would have left but I there was no way to cancel my order. There was no way to contact anybody. There was no way to get a refund. Finally at eight thirty 8 thirty seven A woman comes out and asks if she can help me. I told her I put in a mobile order and she asked What's your name? Then she finally started to cook it and had me go to the front and wait. Also I couldn't walk in to get anyone's attention because they had the doors locked. I waited an hour for a 6 dollar pizza and 2 orders of Italian bread sticks. They were not busy at all either. I was the only order. It looked like ghost town in there. They really need to get new management or just shut this one down. The workers are normally rude and to busy talking to each other to even help a customer put a order in. This is horrible."

"I asked for the extra most bestest pizza and the breadsticks and when I got the food after almost 30 minutes of waiting they had made me a crazy bread instead. If you value your time and your money just go somewhere else!!! UPDATE: They are now charging a dollar for barely half a cup of sauce. If you want sauce, go to another pizza place."

"This is the trashiest Little Caesars I've ever seen. I went inside to order and it's filthy and broken down. I stood there for several minutes and no one greeted me, acknowledged me, or attempted to take my order. That was probably a good thing since it gave me time to completely reconsider eating food made in an environment like that where I didn't see gloves or any other sanitary measures being used. Yuck!"

"Staff was friendly and the store was very busy but all the staff seemed to be working hard and we got our pizza very fast. There is a drive thru but the parking lot is kind of crowded so it was easier just to walk in and order and pick up the pizza. This is a corporate location and they accept corporate coupons. The pizza was pretty great for the price, and very fresh and hot."

"Since when do you have to purchase marinara sauce for your crazy bread what’s the point of bread if it don’t get a sauce to eat with it I had to pay a dollar .06 cent extra for sauce like wow"
