"The hamburger made my uncle sick and they blamed him for it. Most places would try to comp you or make the situation better but I guess they're ok with losing business."
"They were great. The food was great, had that urban twist to it vs. a chain restaurant. But what really did it for me was the fast service AND I spilled my drink at the table, and before I even turned my cup upright, the lady was out with a towel to clean the table and the floor. I barely had time to react and she's on it as quick as a breath lol! Yeah, great service!"
