"Service was extremely slow. I went up to the drive through window and the menu was unreadable. I waited, and waited yet there was no response. The windows were boarded up as well. The portion sizes were non existent. Pretty terrible experience all things considered. Still waiting at the drive through right now as you read this."

"A bit of a wait to place order. The young lady was very pleasant. Fries were great, found the burger a little tough. I did get it the way I wanted no cheese or ketchup."

"TERRIBLE location! I literally asked for my food to be made fresh, employees responded with an attitude as if that was negative request, I’m in customer service and I’m a District manager, so I’m very big on reviews and overall expectations. I was told it’ll be a few minutes after I paid and then a female wearing her hood (in which you can look at the cameras to see) came to the windows rolled her eyes and handed me my food and let the window slam shut and walked away. When I grabbed a fry every thing in the bag was room temperature. I will be posting receipt; and NOW I can’t get my money back for 7-10 days because I used my debit card. I will tell more people not to visit this location in the future!!!"

"I downloaded the burger king app to get a better deal. I placed an order at 7:10 at location that posted hours for closing at 8pm. I showed up to get my order and I stopped first at the drive order box. No one answered, I drove up to the window no one came by. (Even though there was an employee there) I called numerous times no one answered. The employee saw once and didn't acknowledge me, finally he opens the window only to me that he was closed and to cancel my order through the app. No apologies, no recompensation of any kind. I also should mention he told that to at least six other cars as I was waiting for him to finally answer the drive through window. Horrible service. Would not recommend."

"What an awful place! We stood there 20 mins and still never got our order. Employees swearing and being inappropriate. We got a refund and left, I called their corporate headquarters, not sure how much good it'll do. Will not return."
