"When I first entered, No one greeted us for the first five minutes. Once we started eating, our plates were never cleared until it was time for us to leave. I like other locations better. The waitress was nice but that's it."

"I kept trying to find excuses as to why this or that was or was not happening but gave up and opined that Red Lobster just didn't care. It's too bad because this is the spot that comes to mind for most people seeking seafood. The high point was the young beautiful vegan bar tender. So much so that we decided to eat at the bar! I hope they improve because I'm not going to lower my standards when there are other non-chain seafood eateries providing better food and far better customer service."

"Had an wonderful time today at this Red lobster location! Food was delicious, our server was nice, and the manager Latavia had a kind and thoughtful personality really appreciate her checking on us and making sure our family had a great time shes truly a rockstar! :) Would highly recommend trying here we're most definitely coming back!"

"*Warning* Called in for a pickup. The order was taken and placed as I order. However upon pickup all of the order wasn't inside of the bags. Reenter to retrieve what was missing. Assuming and Trusting took the bag and left. Got home to discover the order was not completely packaged or someone can't read. Call to speak to a manager about my order. NO manager was on duty. I told the employee I'd rate you on Google. Look at my receipt, The red dots indicates the botched order. The rice was thrown over the salmon. The burger was bone dry with no lettuce or tomatoe.. No cheese on broccoli and I paid for 6 extra biscuits which I didn't get. Also, I ask for my 12 biscuits to be boxed, to ensure no smashed biscuits. Well, My first and last visit. What a disappointment, On my Birthday."
