"So incredibly disappointed! Bought carryout Napa Chicken Sandwich, 2 soups. Got home...broccoli soup was great, french onion was just okay, but what heck happened making the chicken sandwich? Alot of greens and tomatoes...but not enough chicken salad to cover a half sandwich let alone a full one. I love this sandwich and usually amazing. Perhaps...a bad food prep night?"

"I used to visit this location frequently and hadn't been inside for a while. I was delighted to see the upgraded tables and chairs. However, the cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms could use some improvement after "rush" hours."

"The most disappointing Panera I have ever been to. I ordered a Frontega Chicken sandwich at 1 PM for rapid pick-up at 2 PM. The sandwich I got was put together on small, unevenly cut bread, was dry with barely any chipotle sauce, and contained less than a handful of chicken. It was so sloppily put together that I'm almost offended. Panera, you had an hour to put together this? Do better."

"Will never be ordering from this location again. In the past they’ve often forgotten to include items we’ve ordered, we’ve consistently ordered a bowl of soup and received the cup instead, fruit cups when ordered are often half full or only have one kind of fruit. Tonight was the last time - we received a mini sandwich made with the super small ends of the bread - like half the size it normally is, didn’t get one of the items we ordered and the soup we ordered was foul and inedible."

"Overall complaint. The ovens look as if they haven’t been cleaned in months, there was a sticky film o. dispenser - as if they had not been wiped down in quite a while, and my order took over 45 minutes to complete. After standing, waiting for my order for almost an hour, I have decided that I will not be back to this Panera. After tasting my items, I definitely will not be back. Iced Chai Tea Latte (which was put in a hot coffee cup) with shot of Espresso was wayyyy too sweet - cannot taste the Espresso at all. I was given a tub of cream cheese instead of them spreading it on like I had ordered, and the San which was cold…"
