"Let me start by saying that I am a huge Chick-fil-A fan. This location, however, seriously disappointed me today. I placed a mobile order for a 12-piece chicken nugget meal. Getting through the drive-through lane was time consuming but I am use to that. The food is usually worth it. When I returned home with my food I found the nuggets box covered in grease. The nuggets were soaked as well. One bite tasted more like grease than chicken. The fries were cold and soggy. They were all ripped apart. They too were a grease pool. The only good thing about this visit was their incredible iced tea. I swear I need to buy a gallon next time I go. I reached management by phone and they were kind and sympathetic to my experience. They said they would upload a credit to my account so I can come back again. I appreciate that. I look forward to giving this location another try. Thank you!!"

"First time trying this location 3/9. Ordered on the app at 9:45am. Hash brown egg and nugget burrito with the creamy salsa. I had some points to use as a reward , so I tried the chicken breakfast biscuit, added an egg & Colby cheese. Arrived at the restaurant within 3 minutes it was ready. There was no salsa in the bag and instead of Colby cheese they gave me pepper Jack. I addressed both issues with staff. Pleasant employees as usual. Clean dining room. $6.35$"

"I go here for breakfast once a week and Wayne is the kindest, most considerate worker! Not only does he always get my order perfect, he goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience. His personality is incredibly kind, respectful and friendly. Wayne needs a raise because I thoroughly enjoy coming to this location because of him!"

"First time visiting a Michigan location. They have a great system for drive-thru order taking. The customer service was superior to any other fast food restaurant. From start to finish, I drove off in under 10 minutes. The chicken sandwich and waffle fries were good (I prefer their competitor's versions). The chicken 'nuggets' were very good. My sister absolutely loved the mac & cheese."
