"Every person in the store is an absolute waste of a human being. Went there last night and waited almost 20 minutes and still no food. Asked for my money back and left. They told me is was due to the Mac and cheese bites and they take 4-5 minutes, I waited 4-5 minutes at the drive through window and then in front of the building where they told to go wait. Then an additional 4-5 minutes waiting upfront and then I went inside to see what was going on and they told me it was still going to be another 4-5 minutes. They were clearly messing with me and the piece smelled like a sewer. I will never be back and be sure to inform everyone I know not to return. Hopefully the place closes and the scum you have working for you lose their jobs."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. This location constantly closes before 10pm so I called at 9pm to see what time they were closing. The person that answered the phone said 10pm. I drove up there at the drive through at 9:24pm was told by an automated message they were closed. A lady with a headset opened the back door looked at me and closed it. Do not go here after 8pm unless you want to waste gas and be mad. I wish the person that answered the phone would have just said we closing early like we always do"

"I got the good burger 2 meal. I was so excited to try it . My burger was hard almost like it was old and it was cold . My fries were hard as well and cold . I live 3 minutes away driving so it was definitely given to the driver cold . I made a complaint on door dash. I’m so disappointed everyone on TikTok raved & praised this burger ."

"Absolutely the worst service! Took the person 10 minutes to wait on the 2 people in front of me, had to wait 10 minutes for my food, and then the person who took my order only gave me 1/2 of my order and I had to wait 5 more minutes to get my food. I will only order food online from now on, even if I can't use the coupons. I'm looking forward to when Arby's automates their stores and gets rid of the poor excuse for waitstaff that they have at this store. Do it like Little Caesars. Order online and go to the store, punch a code into the machine, and out comes my food. No more 15 minute delays because somebody can't figure out how to do their job!"
