"I was on my way home from eye appointment and my eyes were dialated, but I needed some food. I ordered a filet of fish, no cheese, hamburger happy meal with med drink. Can't get that simple order correct. First gave me a kid's drink--told them to correct it. Then someone was standing inside at the window doing paperwork. Waited for the rest of my order. Finally got the medium drink and handed me my happy meal. I thought the sandwich was in the box. When I got home, I had not received the fish. I could not drive back up because of my eyes. How difficult is it to get two food items filled correctly? Please feel free to give me credit for the PAID fish sandwich. For more info, contact me."

"I keep reading a lot of bad reviews however when I went in to apply it was clean, food was fresh, workers were very friendly and it took about 5 minutes to get my order. The people who are bad mouthing this McDonald's need to understand that ever since the pandemic the majority of people in the USA are lazy and don't want to work!! All fast food places, dining restaurants and retail are very understaffed and are doing the best they can. Grocery stores like Kroger and other chains are the same way.so stop hating out of ignorance and grow up. Please!!! God bless."

"Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and got the saddest excuse of a burger I've ever seen. It honestly looked like it had already been warmed up twice before they gave it to me. The bun was smashed and hard as a rock and there were no onions on it. Cheese was crunchy where it hung off the burger. Can't believe I paid $10 for an inedible burger."

"Everybody there has an attitude problem doesn't really want to work they're just to collect money which I understand any jobs like that but they never get a order right I have literally ordered a cheeseburger and got a bun with cheese with no meat Patty every order that I've got from there has been to say the least a problem every time and their customer service is terrible as well as there are some nice managers but they only last a couple of months and then they're out of there and there's new managers who are snotty rude and nasty"

"Hope there a change here. Had to go bad in 3 different time for a 1st they gave me a single burger 2nd McDonald was cold but heere the best part 3rd one was just reheated up and the Manager side she made it fresh as well. SMH.... Should of know because the lady asked if i had a coupon for the buy 1 get the other for $1.00 Menu. I had to tell her it's on the Menu. Need more of a work ethic here..."
