"Nothing grosser than biting into your food, sensing something is off, and realizing you just had someone else's hair in your mouth. Have had issues with this location before. I'm sure they'll call...offer to put my name in a book to get some free McNuggets or something. As if I'll ever go in there, ask to see a manager, and ask for them to look my name up in a book. I swear I must already be in that book a half dozen times. I've finally learned my lesson. Stop going to this McDonald's."

"Shoutout to the crew working when my toddler and I came in today around 1:30 p.m. There was a rush and I had only brought cash so I couldn’t use the kiosk. One of the workers took time to come over and assist me and was very sweet and even complimented me on my wallet. The wait for our food wasn’t long at all and I could see all hands on deck hustling and communicating effectively. While I was eating my toddler was throwing some trash away and another worker came over to change the trash bag and interacted with her so sweetly. Also, the play area was so clean! I felt so comfortable letting my 3 year old climb around and enjoy it. Side note: Apologies for leaving our drinks in there I was in a hurry to get my kiddo into the car. Appreciate you all!"
