"Alot of the workers were rude and failed to acknowledge customers, food was mediocre, 2 cheeseburger meal had no pickles at all. Order a sweet tea with one of my meals and instead of paying attention to what I bought they just gave me two empty cups for fountain soda when one was supposed to be sweet tea. The tables were dirty and the workers had bad attitudes"

"We went for breakfast. It was obvious that they were low on staff. They were running station to station with only 3/4 people. A woman walked in while a few people wanting to buy gift cards. The woman started to yell and demand for service. They had no consideration for the people and their availability. Their drive thru was quite busy. The staff handled the whole situation with grace and respect. Awesome place but customers need to understand that the people that serve you are not robots. They are humans too."

"No soap and when I asked how long it’s been like that hoping they would say they were not aware of the issue, the response was “been like that for two days”. McD’s isn’t a freaking truck stop in BFE. This is the #1 food chain in the world in the largest city in the state! Apparently the manager missed the part in kindergarten where you’re supposed to wash your hands with soap and water before snack time."
