"I have been to this location three weeks straight because they are awesome. I always place my order for pickup via the drive thru and it’s always ready when I go and the employees are very kind. My order is always neat and made accurately. The only location that I will be visiting!"

"Every time we come here we have a bad experience. The staff sits on their phones and has an attitude through the drive-through or dine-in. I refuse to go to the drive-thru because they mess up the order every single time. Halfway home realize the order was incorrect and they didn't put our dressing in our salad. I asked for a receipt to make sure our sandwich toppings were correct and they said the label printer was broken. The sandwiches here are expensive so we would like our orders to be correct. If we wanted cheap sandwiches with horrible service we would go to Subway. Get it together pot belly you guys weren't even that busy"

"First of all, I honestly believe Potbelly is the most underrated sandwich place. The food is amazing, the hot peppers are actually hot, the perks are great, and I am never disappointed. I also love that when you’re signed up for perks, you get a whole month for your birthday to redeem a free dessert, which includes a shake. The online ordering and drive thru pickup is so convenient. And I love this location. I’ve been ordering from here pretty often for a while and one of the workers drew smiley faces on our sandwich bags. Such a small thing, but I thought it was so cute and made me excited to eat. I don’t want to complain about this, because I work in food service and it’s so far from being a big deal, but if I had to complain about something it would be that they did not cut my sandwich in half this time. But it was made just the way I wanted it as always and still tastes amazing. I will keep coming back :) Would eat it every day if I could."
