"The food here is fantastic, that is not the issue. The issue is the fact that when placing a carryout order, the staff (mainly the owner), takes it upon himself to add a 10% tip to the total without consent. This is not a one-off neither as this has happened several times. For example, tonight I placed a carryout order. I had a rough idea of how much it was going to be but when I picked it up, I was told a different total. I was in a hurry so I didn't dispute it at the time, but when I got home, I placed the EXACT same order on their website for pickup. As suspected, the total (with tax), was less than what I was charged. I then added a 10% tip to the order, and the total matched what I was charged at the restaurant upon pickup. It's bad enough that everyone everywhere has raised their prices. But to gouge customers further by adding tips without consent, just adds insult to injury and quite frankly, is theft plain and simple. This is disappointing as the food is halfway decent, but I refuse to give this establishment anymore of my business due to the above. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"Excellent customer service and delicious food! I called ahead a few days to place a large takeout order, only to have the winter storm alter the number of guests able to join for dinner - I called morning of to see if I could adjust my order, and the man I spoke with on the phone was so friendly, and helped me customize my order to the new number of guests I was expecting. The food was delicious - we did the mixed meat platters (w/rice & vegetables), hummus, lentil soups, and the pita bread/garlic sauce. Everyone was very pleased with their meal! One of our guests has severe food allergies, and the restaurant was very clear in their knowledge of what their platters included, making it a safe option for all guests. My friend was especially pleased with her phone call to the restaurant, as she often has a hard time confirming what is/is not safe for her son to consume. We will definitely order from here for future gatherings, and highly recommend others to do the same!"

"This is a go-to favorite for both eat in and carry out. Large restaurant, airy, with spacious seating. Excellent service. Portions are large! Fresh bread from the oven! Hummus is amazing! Lamb or chicken with hummus is great (lots of hummus). For carry out I favor the Shawarma Combo (serves 3) with an extra salad. For family gathering, try the shared platters. "If you though Lam can only be killed once you were wrong. After driving 30 min to get the food i get home and look at overdone chops like someone turned them in to charcoal so i can grill on them. I called them back immediately and they want me to bring the food back with a baby i just picked up from daycare to get a replacement $60 lam chops and waste another hour at least . Couldn't care less about being helpful at all will never order again will never recommend to anyone. Just overall bad service."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When me and my friend arrived there was no other customers in the restaurant. That should’ve been our first clue to leave. The bread was the only thing made fresh. The salad was ok. The deboned chicken and shawarma combo was old. They took a very long time bringing it(no one else was in there so we are not sure why) our food was cold. The vegetables were raw and the peppers still had all the seeds and cartilage attached to it….yuck!"
