"If I could give this location zero stars I would. We don’t eat much fast food, but the last FOUR visits here. SOMETHING is wrong and/or missing. Condiments on things ordered plain WHEN ALLERGIES ARE HAD SO MY SON COULDNT EAT. Missing items every single time. Food is always cold, no dipping sauce for nuggets. It’s literally fast food lol so I don’t know why it’s so difficult to read a piece of paper and pack an order properly. Get it together, place is absolutely ridiculous."

"This place and their customer service is absolutely repulsive. My husband order a bacon McDouble with NO cheese because our daughter has a dairy allergy. They messed up the order while he was there waiting for our order and put cheese on the first one. Had to remake it on the spot. My husband comes home and we find cheese on that burger also. So I call multiple times trying to reach someone to replace the burger. We would have just pulled it off but it was melted into the meat. No one answers the phone after me calling 6 times. I get there to the drive thru. The employee tells me he can’t talk to me through the window for security reasons.. I’m a mom with my daughter and I’m buckled in a car. You can’t crack the window to talk to me. They call the manager RALPH. Complete a** “I don’t know what to tell you, we shut our register down” I ask why he needs a register to remake a burger. For an error that you messed up twice. “You can come back tomorrow and we can remake it.” How is that going to help right now when it’s after 10 and nothing else is open. Let’s not talk about the fries saturated in salt. Literally a GIANT clump of salt on one fry and on the inside of the box. Talk about instant high blood pressure. These entitled fast food people are getting ridiculous. You ask for all these benefits and extra pay but can’t even do your jobs right. Making a burger and customer service is not that hard. And I know. I’ve worked it. Thanks for nothing RALPH.!!!! Hope your GM and DM sees this."

"The most remarkable thing is the staff was genuinely nice even though it was Christmas. I don't usually eat McDonald's or any fast food but if ever I need to I will certainly return to this McDonald's."

"I went to have my order remade cause the gave me the incorrect order figured id give them a second chance. But the manager ryan and a huge attitude to assist me on a order that was made incorectly and i was told the order was going to be remade the correct way and still was made incorrectly. I never receieved any of upcharges was not given my drinks. Not only the terrible customwr service to other customers. Unfourtunely, you guys work in a job that deals with customer service. And it is absolutely poor service. Probably one of the worst experiences i had at a mcdonalds. Seeing how they treated a man asking for a creamer for his coffee and the lady waving her hands up and saying i dont know how to help you."

"This location states they are open 24 hours but they are NOT. 11:40 PM just tried to order. No one would come to the speaker. We drove around to the window and the guy inside just kept shaking his head no at us. I tried to speak to him about being open 24 hours but he disappeared in the back. This location is a joke and obviously doesnt care about its customers. Went to BK next door and was helped right away."
