"Placed an online order to pick up at the drive thru, and when I pulled up to the speaker it gave the welcome message but no one responded when I said I had a pickup order so it must’ve been a recording. Drove back around to try again. Cars in front of me were waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes and leaving so I decided to just drive past the window. The employee was on her phone mouthing “we’re closed!” and looking annoyed. This was around 12:30 AM and they were meant to close at 2 AM. If they want to close early they need to stop accepting mobile orders and put a sign on the speaker!"

"If I had a choice to give a “0” rating, I would do that. This particular location is always very unfriendly, always the worst possible experience and they always ALWAYS get the order messed up. I really want Taco Bell to have this location reviewed and changed up. Taco Bell- you are loosing customers very fast."

"Usually pretty decent but the morning hours don't ever seem to be correct. They will allow mobile orders even though they haven't opened. The building itself seems to think it's open, as an automatic greeting will play when you pull up to the speaker. People are usually fairly friendly, but I avoid in the mornings now because I never know if I can even purchase food or not."

"This gotta be the worst taco bell I've ever been to. Go in and order, take 20-30 mins, and somehow, my food is cold when they hand it to me? Cheese roll up wasnt even melted or warm. There's also supposed to be cheese on the taco shell of the dip taco. I showed it to them, and they shrugged. Dont go here unless you want cold food or them to mess up your order."

"Hit or miss here. Walked in to manager screaming at the employees threatening to cut hours. Waited 20 minutes for our order inside because the drive-through was wrapped around the building. Sometimes I come here in the food is excellent in the service is great then the next three visits are horrible. The staff was friendly though and location was fairly clean"
