"One of the best fast casual customer service experiences I’ve had. I ordered a few Sandwiches for Delivery from Door Dash and quickly after submitting, I got a call from one of their reps who very apologetically said they only have enough sliced wheat bread for 2 sandwiches and asked what kind of bread we would like for the other. She was very professional, kind, and sincere. I was very impressed that she even had the thought to call and took the time to call. I left the call thinking wow, that was above and beyond. Then when the sandwich was delivered I had a personal text saying she also left a cookie for the inconvenience. Then when I opened the bag there was also a note apologizing again! The delivery showed up incredibly quick, the sandwiches were great!"

"Found a long blonde hair in my sandwich. The girl with all the piercings wasn't wearing a hat and didn’t have her hair up when she was making it. Store was filthy too. I wanted to sit down and eat but all the tables were dirty."

"5pm on a Saturday and they are closed with nothing in the window stating why."

"The food was typical, the place is filthy. Tables were not clean, despite several employees sitting around inside eating their lunches with their significant others or each other, and two employees behind the counter. We wiped our own table down with napkins. The worst part came when I went to the bathroom before leaving. The toilet was filthy and crusted with bits of feces, bile and other substances I dare not identify. The sink covered in grime. See the pictures… I won’t even describe the floor. Disgusting. It was a HAZMAT scene. Glad to know the workers are using this facility and then making your fecal flecked sammies. I notified an employee upon leaving. She looked at me like I was a crazy person."

"My husband is allergic to onions and was told that there was no onions in the tuna . Luckily he didn’t get sick. You need to train your employees better."
