"I'll start this by saying I don't generally write reviews, but I feel like this one is important enough for it. I know a lot of people have gotten wrong or messed up orders, but I've never had an issue with that. In fact, all the staff is super friendly and today, because of a short weight time, they offered me TWO coupons. I'm not someone who expects coupons or restitution over some slow service, so I was pleasantly surprised. My food has always been good from here, cooked right, and properly assembled. I believe the most egregious thing to ever happen to my order is that maybe they forgot to take off the sour cream. All in all, I still like this place and I think it deserves a second chance, especially because it's much closer than the taco bell near Walmart."

"I ordered a steak soft taco and the only reason why I even open my taco is because there was no avocado ranch on it however there was a biggest bug hairball in my taco I've ever seen in my life it's just absolutely disgusting! I would never eat there"

"I usually go to the other Taco bell in town however I was tired after work and this one is on the way home. It was fine at first placed my order the lady at the window was nice, I got my food and parked to check if all My items were there, They were not. My order wasn't particularly big so there's no reasons to be missing anything. I tried to go to the lobby to get the rest of my items which was locked. By this time there was about 7 cars in the drive thru. I called to see if they could bring out my food instead of having to wait another 25 minutes in the drive thru line to get something I should have already received. She said no, I had to go back through the drive thru. If it wasn't my children's food that was missing I would have just left. So I waited 20 minutes finally got back up to the speaker and asked if they could remake the entire order since it was now cold because I had to wait so long for their mistake. She told me no she wasn't going to do that. I get to the window and Im handed a bag which is still missing some of the items.. so I'm waiting and waiting and finally she opens the window back up and says "ma'am can I help you your holding up my line" I said yeah I'm still missing some food and put my car in park and said "you're holding up my night so I have no problem holding up your line." I asked for her name so I could make a complaint against this "manager" which she refused to give me. She kept saying how it was only her and one other lady inside and like I get it but at the same time there's no need to be nasty. She also started telling me that she has a kidney infection as if that's an excuse to why she can't do her job properly. Cuss words were exchanged on both sides and I left. I will not be returning to this location you need to train your staff on how to treat the customers that pay their salary. I am a manager at a local food establishment and I would Never speak to a customer the way this girl did. Absolutely disgusting and she should lose her job for that simple fact alone. And at the end of it all I still was missing one taco and my family ate cold soggy tacos for dinner. Also this is the chips I received.."

"I enjoyed this place when they first opened but the last two times the only thing they got correct was the soda. I ordered a meal with soft tacos and I got two tortillas with heaps of cheese! Is this a joke? Also waited at the speaker for 15 minutes and nobody in front of me. There is no way this location will stay in business long."
