McDonald's 6491 Highland Road, White Lake charter Township, MI 48386

"I am visiting the US and staying with some friends. We decided to nip in for some food and all I can hear is coughing and people hacking up their lungs coming from the kitchen. That would never fly over in the UK, how the managers of this restaurant are allowing their staff to work with FOOD whilst their staff are SICK is beyond me. If you value your health, don't come here"

"Stop by to get breakfast and got a cold sandwich but had a hour and half drive so couldn't turn around. Stop by 4:48pm on my way home to get my order replaced. Replacement was large fry, medium sweet tea and an apple pie. Manager lady made me pay for the pie and I had to wait until she served 4 cars in the drive thru before getting my order. She rang my order at 4:48pm and didn't give me the food until 5:15pm and I was on the inside. Not sure why I didn't check my food but got in the car and on my way home, bit into a fry and got a instant headache. See the picture of the fries that look like snow on them....so much salt I had to suck down some of the tea to get my tongue to stop hurting. The pie must have been reheated because the time on it had expired. With all this I assume they didn't want my business or don't like people of my culture. I believe I should get all my money back for this nasty service and having to drive 1 hour and half to be treated like this. Going to see tomorrow (12/21/2023)."

"This is overall after 2 years. I’ve been here a lot. It’s gone downhill. 4 out of my last 5 orders have had issues. Most recent experiences could easily make this a 1 star. Amount of times I have to ask for sauce, ask for straws or make sure my meal is correct is not worth coming here anymore for dinner time. They gave my daughter an expired milk. Never a thank you, always seems like it’s an inconvenience for you to be here. Never use to be like this. Food has always been good, fresh and hot. The lunch time has always been better with service and I can’t say on the morning."

"For the most part this McDonald's is really good. The fries are usually fresh and their frozen coke machine is always running. Drive through service is pretty quick too. Overall, this is my go to McDonald's in the area."

"They used hard, old, burnt, tiny meat on 2 of our big macs and a double cheeseburger. Absolutely disgusted. If anyone gets sick from this we WILL take legal action. How is this acceptable? Will never come back."
