"Due to a bogo promotion and a Holliday at dinner time, it was pretty busy. But everyone there was working well thru it together. Food was as good as usual. The pop machine was out of most flavors, and customers were leaving messes as fast as employees were cleaning them up. I was pleasantly surprised that the work crew was handling it as good as they were."

"Don’t bother mobile ordering here. Every time I’ve ordered online they either 1) make the food when I get there- I don’t mind this that much but the whole reason I mobile order is to just grab my food a go home, but at least it’s hot this way or 2) the food is done when I get there but they don’t put it on a shelf where you can grab it, they leave it on a table behind the cash register where you’ll probably wait for 10-15 minutes before someone finally decides to hand over your (now cold) order. I’m not sure why they don’t just put finished orders on a shelf where customers can grab their food like every other location I’ve been to, maybe they’ve had issues with theft? I’m not giving one star because I actually like qdoba’s food, my order may be cold but at least it’s correct, and when you order at the counter the experience is marginally better. Also seems like they’re training a lot of newer people so I’ll hold out hope that this location will improve… But please fix the mobile order situation"

"Update: Still Great! Everytime I come here the food is good and the people are nice. Never a bad experience. Today Prince made my nachos and they were phenomenal. Also have a vegan option for my girlfriend who is vegan and came to visit. I mainly get the nachos. They go have a great Queso and chips"
