"Edit: Feb 2024: I’ve been super let down by this location on multiple occasions in the past couple months. The customer service has shot down, the quality of the food you receive has shot way down, and the prices have shot way up! They also advertise sale prices online and on their flyer, but if you place an order the price is $3+ higher than advertised. I asked about this and they said “that’s the price”, so really they’re just getting away with over charging people. August 2023: Wow!! This location blows all other locations out of the water! I work right up the road from here and I ran over to get some lunch the other day and the quality of the food was phenomenal!! The staff was so kind!! The flavor of the food was excellent! I was surprised to see they also have the ability for customers to have a seat and dine in! I’m very pleased with this location! I’m so glad I decided to give this location a try!"

"Ordered delivery and waited an hour and a half. Called to check on my order and it was "just coming out of the oven". When it finally arrived, it was clear that it had been sitting for a while and then reheated. Disappointed that they didn't just say that and offer to remake. Would have been delish if it was fresh."

"We ordered one pizza and one sub with mayo. Y’all made sure to let me know you won’t put it on the sandwich but will give it to me on the side….you didn’t. I’m autistic with issues around eating and this sub is basically a waste for me without it. Hopefully my sister in law can eat them leftover or something. The pizza my boyfriend got looked well cooked and he liked it a lot. I’ll update my review when I can get my order correct. Thank you."

"I visited this location tonight 1/7/23 around 7:25 pm. I placed an order at 6:28pm for my family a Big Benito in the squares with pepperoni bacon and green pepper, regular bread sticks, and 24 barbecue wings. My order came up to about $73.00 and When I got home I didn’t receive squares in the big Benito. I called them to see if they could remake it or give me a refund, the manager gets on the phone and I told her the situation. I told her I asked for the squares and whether it was a male/female I spoke with, the individual confirmed squares with me. The manager responds “well I know you didn’t speak to a guy because I’m the one who spoke on the phone and took the order.” Proceeds to treat me like I was lying, that I didn’t order squares, and that they couldn’t remake the order because it was too big. The manager stated “It’s just a cut.” They also said they couldn’t give me a refund. The manager held her ground and refused to do anything. I am a restaurant business owner and will never support this location again for the poor management and lack of customer service. I couldn’t believe this manager wouldn’t apologize or just remake the order. Customer service 101: The customer always comes first and you never argue with a customer, and certainly shouldn’t accuse the customer of not telling the truth."
