"They have to be the rudest people I ever came across. They are more worried about the drive thru time,then the accuracy of your order or your experience there. They definitely need a different staff in that restaurant. Good luck to anyone brave enough to go there."

"I bought the Mexican pizza combo which was supposed to come with 2 hard tacos, got home and realized they gave 2 soft tacos, my pizza was broken in multiple places, the service wasn't great. No greeting when I got to the window, no smiles for anyone. Workers were on their phone."

"I never thought I’d see a day where I’d have to review Taco Bell badly. But I just walked 20 min in the cold to get Taco Bell to be met with a locked door. Someone mopping the floor and be told they were too understaffed to open the doors. Mind you with only two cars in the drive through. There were no signs on the doors nothing. So Taco bell you lost a customer to Arby’s tonight thanks to your employees not being able to work through being understaffed."

"This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how they’re still in business with how horribly managed they are. As someone who works as a store manager, and many years in the fast food industry it’s so frustrating to see how horrible this establishment and their staff are. It’s absolutely pathetic. This Taco Bell is close to where I live so it’s convenient to come here, I don’t know why I continue to even bother any give them a chance or give them my money because it’s a complete waste of my time. Multiple times ordering online at night and then going there to pick it up (during business hours) and they’ll be closed. People inside, lights on but no answers or someone will say they’re closed and then not answer you anymore. When they are open, they’ve been so rude on many occasions, and then today I go there to pick up my boyfriends online order and they tell me I’ll have to call and get a refund because they don’t have any way to make the food and that’s not the first time they were out of multiple items. Whoever is running this place is horrible at inventory, horrible at managing a team and business, and should consider a new job. Absolutely horrible."

"Boyfriend and I came through after a concert. Its was late (1:15am) and they were still friendly and helpful. We ordered tacos and they were delicious and made really well. I would definitely eat there again!"
