"Went to eat breakfast. Sat outside till 615 am, went to see if lobby was open said 6 am but still locked someone walked out other side we drove around parked started walking in and was stopped as soon as we walked in by a women asking if we was the cook. We said no and she said well we are closed till I get a cook."

"So I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now. It’s very hit or miss on whether your order is right or not. I’ve had days where they’ve given me the correct order, and days where they’ve gotten it wrong THREE times in ONE day. Anyways, it’s McDonald’s and it’s better than the one on Belleville Rd. However on 02/04/2024 half my order was incorrect. I always order NO salt fries because they always put too much. I kid you not, this time they did EXTRA salt instead of no salt. They fixed it, however, they took the wrong order of fries back behind the counter, which is a health code violation. I’ve worked plenty of food service and everywhere has a STRICT policy on not taking food back behind the counter. I don’t know who’s teaching/training these employees, but do better."

"So I ordered a McChicken and they sorta forgot the chicken. I know the job must be hard and uses a lot of brain power but how do you forget the main item of the burger?"

"Can’t order from the counter, must order from kiosk (which studies have shown are loaded with fecal bacteria). The kiosk saves money by reducing labor however prices have increased? You no longer receive salt, pepper or condiments with your order - yes I’d love a greasy gut bomb with zero salt, pepper or condiments - yum. I love that for me. & if you hit the drive through you have a 1 in 3 chance of them absolutely screwing it up. 0/10"

"I previously gave this location a higher review but after experiencing how McDonald’s handles customer issues, I cannot give this place any more business. I tried picking up a mobile order for breakfast and long story short, they didn’t have my order. After waiting for at least 30 minutes I tried cancelling my order but they were too busy inside and I just left. I assumed it would be easier to get a refund for the food I never received since I placed the order via the app so the order and my credit card details are on file. But no, these people offered to send me coupons and I’m stuck paying for food I never received? I find it hard to believe in 2023, with my card info in your mobile app system, a giant company like McDonald’s isn’t able to issue a refund??? Don’t waste your time or money on this garbage food"
