"Re: carryout. The food is good; however, we have never - not exaggerating - gotten an order that was 100% complete/correct. Either something is missing/wrong when I'm picking up, or we get home to find errors. If the issues are found while at the restaurant, they'll fix it, but it's a long wait (for something as simple as toast) & the remaining food is cold by the time it's all in the bag. Our orders are not large (2 people) or complicated (no onions is the weirdest thing we request). I've put off writing this for years. Options around here are limited, so I keep going back, but with weeks or even months between visits. It's frustrating knowing up front that something will be messed up or cold."
"This was my first time going and last time going. My fiancé and I ordered the traditional coney dogs and chilli cheese fries. The fries were terrible just didn't taste good and my beef coney dogs we paid over about $4 for were burnt n overcooked. Definitely won't be going back we got our food at 10:45am n my hotdogs were burnt..."
"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! This restaurant has horrible customer service. I called back to talk with the manager regarding this order missing items and the food just thrown in the bag. They blamed it on DoorDash instead of taking responsibilty. Instead of attempting to resolve this solution there reply was call door dash and hung up. Never again will I order form here."
"Ordered the Cajun fries with a spinach omelet. Haley was very sweet and attentive! The food here is good and the restaurant is very clean. Gave me some time to relax before my flight. 10/10 ;)"
