Taco Bell

"My brother bought my family food through the app. So when they get the order, it should be straight forward right? Just read the screen? Absolutely nothing about our order was correct. He spent over $150 dollars and got like 50 tacos or something (a lot) and I think like maybe 3 were correct. Over half the order was completely different tacos than we requested and there was like 6 tacos that aren’t even on the menu (completely random things put together). He got box meals that should come with pop and paid for such, and they wouldn’t give us pop. So he paid for it and didn’t get it, so my dad bought 8 large pops with his money (they basically, whether intentional or not, double dipped). Half the tacos also were made very messy (like a hard taco shell broken, 3 pieces of lettuce, and some with strands of cheese, and so on). Also when the food was picked up, there was only one person ahead of us. I have no idea how they messed up this bad. I don’t want to bash anyone in particular because I have no idea how their environment was or if they had a bad day or anything, but management definitely needs to take responsibility and re-teach their employees or something."

"Inconsistent closing times, waiting in the drive through can take up to an hour and a half wait. The food (when warm) is sub par at best compared to other taco bells. The only time there really isn't a line out to rosenville road is when they are only accepting door dash orders... and yes, as others stated, this is probably the slowest service you'll find on this strip of fast food chains. The last 5 times I've tried to come here I've been turned away claiming they "ran out of prep", they are only taking door dash orders, or they closed hours ago. Either the owner of this location isn't involved or just simply does not care, it's truly pathetic"

"We went to the drive-thru had to tell the person four times what I wanted then when I get home I was missing part of my order after being told at the window that it was all there my Mexican pizza as you can see from the picture wasn't cut let alone isn't worth eating try to contact them and nobody answered the phone I'm sure they will tomorrow though will update after contact"

"We had some kind of experience at this particular Taco Bell. When we pulled up to the drive up speakers to give our orders, the order taker was rude, snappy, impatient, and cutting us off when we spoke. Then surprisingly, when we arrive to the pick up window, the rude and inpatient person was the manager. We both ordered Crunch Wrap meals. The driver ordered a beverage thinking it was a drink and it turned out to be a slush. He was confused when he received his beverage. The young lady at the window was explaining the ordered item to him in a nice and courteous manner. While asking him if he wanted something else instead, the manager rudely interrupted her saying, "That's what you ordered, we never had that as a drink!" The irritated driver decided to just keep it. Afterwords, when we opened our food, I was very disappointed. The food was just thrown together. The wraps had next to no meat on them. There was barely any substance to them at all. I've had Crunch Wraps at other Taco Bells that were so filled, both hands were needed to hold them. Needless to say, I CAN NOT recommend anyone to visit this particular Taco Bell; especially when that particular manager is there."
