"Went in to order drink for my daughter, had to wait for the staff finish their conversation, they did see me standing there, but they didn’t care. When the guy finally came up to take my order he just stood there, no greeting, no what can I get for you. Will never go back! I work in the food industry and this is a great example how NOT TO ACT!"

"Just went there today - called before I came because my gift card didn't work online when I tried to place my order. I called ahead and they said that they can't take any orders over the phone - their only option is in person, website, or their app. So I came in store. When I arrived there is a giant sign in their door that says "online orders only". When I came in, I was told the same thing but when I mentioned I had called ahead, she then took my order but forgot my side when handing me my order. The food/smoothies are great. But this location seems to be struggling - hope they can figure it out. The girl making the smoothies was nice."

"This place is terrible because of the manager Anna. She literally stole my food and threw it away and refused to give me a refund. Anna is so nasty and disgusting I can't believe she is around food and customers. I called patty (owner) and told her my situation. She promised me a refund but I still haven't gotten one and i called several times and i only get her voice mail now! They can't keep employee's too because they all hate Anna becauseod how rude and disgusting she is. Anna is fat and disgusting and I watched her cough on the food and rub the snot from her nose while making the food! I have already told everyone i know about this place and the nasty manager anna. And I'm even taking it a step further because anna literally stole from me. Look how many 1 star reviews this place has! I hope is goes under! This is the only tropical smoothie place I've been to that has nasty food and a nasty manager! Never going here again! I hope you enjoy keeping my $23 when you could've just simply refunded me from anna stealing my food and throwing it in the trash. Shame on you for allowing this patty!"

"Our kids basketball team came here for lunch in between games. We filled the restaurant, every table, and everyone ordered smoothies and sandwiches. On our order, they missed a sandwich, and the staff were generous and insisted in offering the missing sandwich free of charge. The fresh sandwich and smoothies were delicious. Thanks for the great experience."

"Very clean. Service was on point and the staff clearly knew their menu... Offered a substitute when I did not want bananas in my smoothie. Service was quick and the smoothie was amazing. Will most definitely return."
